I’ve been using cbnet Ping Optimizer plugin on all my blogs, as well. Easy to set up. And it’s free.

Speaking of free blog plugins, I use Date Exclusion SEO Version 3.2.4. It’s free from Arne Brachold at: http://www.arnebrachhold.de/

I set it up so visitors can’t see my publishing dates. Real handy for those little 5 – 10 page blogsites.
You can download it directly inside the WP admin panel.

Just replace A1 with whatever cell your word is in. Then copy it and paste it down the column.
